This dance cardio class is a challenging, high energy workout with fun dance moves and good music that elevates your heart rate for big calorie burn and cardiovascular strengthening. It’s complete with dance-inspired sculpting moves that tighten, tone, and strengthen your body. We’ll focus on targeting smaller, often-neglected muscles, in a wide variety of angles, unlike many other exercises, like spinning or running.

It’s a non-stop combination of dance + fitness. Dancing creates long, lean muscles and a feminine, toned physique. Let your dance flag fly while also ramping up your heart rate with more traditional fitness moves like planks and burpees.
